19 FREE Zoom Games to Play With Coworkers (List!)
Playing games over Zoom is a really great way to build employee engagement. What's crazy is that about 16% of all United States corporations are now fully-remote! That's a huge change since 2012, where it was about 50% less than that! But employe engagement is still really important! That's where Zoom games can really help.
Based on my own experience, we often schedule "hang out" time among employees. This usually a bi-weekly meeting that's on Friday's, where we all get together and talk. And then play some games online. The games usually need to be free, easy to access, and also easy to play. We've skipped things like Truth or Dare because it doesn't really keep people engaged for very long.
These games, however, are some of my favorites to play. And I would also say it's some of my coworkers favorite ones. Give them a try before you suggest them to your teammates!
