Our office is seeking to hire an office coordinator to assist with administrative tasks of the company. The administrator will work closely with the rest of the administrative staff. This position requires keen written communication skills, verbal communication skills, and collaboration skills. Administrative coordinators act as internal consultants. Providing administrative support to a variety of internal teams. Tasks might include copywriting, booking travel arrangements, or assisting with the hiring of future staff.

The administrator should oversee the general office operations. And ensure that day-to-day office functions are readily available for staff. This includes assisting with office equipment, office inventory and supplies, and working closely with office vendors to ensure snacks and drinks are stocked.

Administrative coordinator duties and responsibilities

  • Assisting the human resources team with special projects or hiring tasks. Like posting job descriptions to job boards.
  • Overseeing office resources, budgeting, vendor management, and office supplies.

Administrative coordinator requirements

Candidates should have the following:

  • High school diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management is a strong plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a previous administrative support role.
  • Strong communication skills, data entry skills, time management skills, and ability to predict office administration needs.
  • Strong written communication skills is a strong plus.
  • Represent yourself in a strong, professional manner.
