Qualified candidates should have the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in an Operations Analyst role or in a similar or related position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experienced in using database and statistical software platforms.
- Project management and consulting skills are a must.
- Strongly developed problem-solving and analytical skills required.
- Well-developed and reliable time-management and multitasking skills.
